Guide to Re-activating Expired Ads
Our new Time Trade software requires that all ads have an expiration date, which was not the case before. Because of this, most of you will receive, or already have, an email similar to the one below indicating that a request or offer ad has expired.
Here is a quick guide to re-instating the ads by putting in a new expiration date. If you wish, you may also use this as an opportunity to update or delete ads.
1. For each ad, you will have received an email similar to the one below. Click on the blue hyperlink in the email, which will take you to the ad itself.

2. On the ad page, click on EDIT above the title of the ad.

3. You will be taken to the actual ad page. Here is where you can, if you wish, make changes to the ad in the boxes you’ll see as you scroll down the page. To just re-activate the ad, scroll all the way to the bottom of the page.

4. In the EXPIRATION DATE boxes, change the date to a future one -- perhaps six months or a year from now, depending on how long you expect to need the ad. Then below that, click SAVE to finalize the changes.

5. After you click SAVE above, you will be taken automatically to the revised ad with the new expiration date and any other changes you made.

TA DA! Your ad is now reactivated with the new expiration date. Repeat this process with any other “expired ad” emails you receive.
To reactivate ads directly at the website instead of through the emails:
- Log in at http://timetradecircle.timebanks.org, then from the dropdown menu titled MY ACCOUNT, select and click on My Services. This will take you directly to a page with a list of all your service requests and offers, where you can edit them one by one.
